Black bag

The sketch and the finished drawing, although to be honest it was done a bit quickly and I haven't really spent too much time polishing it off so it looks a bit grainy. HB and 2B pencil in my favourite square Winsor & Newton sketchbook.

Well, I can't imagine how it would've looked, if this is how it looks "quickly done". It is already perfect, so well done with composition, values and perspectives...
Wonderful drawing!

[sorry, commented w/ the wrong login before.] I really love this. I love the shading and the texturing. You have a great drawing style. :)

Thanks so much!

These are gorgeous, Felicity! And isn't grain in leather a good thing? :-)

When you say quickly, how fast do you mean? I do a pencil sketch like today's post in 20 minutes, and it looks it! How long do you spend on a quick sketch?

I mean MY post today, of course!

I came from EDM expecting, I don't know what, but certainly not this standard of exquisite pencil work. If it were mine, I'd be waving it from the rooftops!
